A Berlin-based 3D illustrator and visual storyteller, Sarah sees her graphics as an act of translation: Using wood, steel, fabric, feathers, flowers, paper, and anything else that catches her fancy, she takes real life and turns it into something new. A row of sharpened colored pencils? For Sarah, it becomes a bar chart. Children using fat paintbrushes, and ruining them? Flowers, about to go to seed. In her remarkable installations for clients like Hermès, as well as her myriad other commercial, editorial and fine art works, Sarah is always giving people a new way of looking at the world—one that, while drawn from what she sees around her, is just a little bit more lighter, lovelier, and more fun.
